In order to be diagnosed with chronic anxiety, you must see a counselor or a doctor. Medications and psychotherapy can help with managing the symptoms and help them to function once again. For those who suffer from it, there are some changes in lifestyle that you can make as well. Here are some of the things that can be done to help with chronic anxiety:

  • Exercising daily
  • Getting enough sleep
  • Eating a diet that is well balanced
  • Using techniques for relaxation such as yoga or meditation
